My food is  here! My food is here! It was delivered right to my front door and it's absolutely delicious! I am not being biased and here is why...I normally hate hot dogs, I NEVER eat them. In 11 years of being together Mark has never seen me even touch one. Well... I ate 4 Beyond Organic grass-fed hot dogs! They are so good and since they are natural and preservative free, all beef I did not get sick! I didn't even put it in a bun and drench it in ketchup...The other delicious miracle is the chocolate! GreenFed Cows

GreenFed is one of ten criteria that define foods and beverages manufactured by Beyond Organic. GreenFed is basically the method of raising Beyond Organic dairy cattle to allow them to intensely graze on grasses and greens to include forbs, herbs and legumes.

Beyond Organic dairy cattle are from an ancient genetic profile that orginated in india, Africa and the Middle East, and are know as heritagedairy cattle. The cattle never consume grain and enjoy a unique, peaceful existence as they free-roam thousands of acres of organic pasture located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. The organic pastures are never treated with chemical pesticides, herbicides or fungicides and remain free from synthetic and chemical fertilizers.

By exclusively consuming grasses, forbs, herbs and legumes they receive wide nutrient diversity and high nutrient density which renders products taken from the cattle (milk and beef) to consist of the same nutrient diversity and density for human consumption that is naturally higher in omega 3s, and CLA than conventional grain fed beef.

My Story...Gluten Free!

Many people today share my same concerns about food, health and nutrition.  There is so much in the news about “organic” and “super foods” and now even some publicity on genetically modified foods.  I have chosen to share with you about a brand new company, Beyond Organic, that I have recently become a part of. Here is my story…

I did my best to be healthy and was happy with the nutrition I provided for my family. I cooked all our food from “scratch” and we used very little sugar, we ate tons of fruits and veggies and we were healthy. My decision to drastically change our diet came recently (we had already changed from cows milk to almond milk to help our children's asthma). My oldest son who is 7 yrs old, has been having some difficulties dealing with life since he turned 3yrs old.  Some people say he has OCD, others say he displays mild autistic symptoms. I thought that was "just him" and that we would have to teach and train him to deal with his anxiety, anger, and constant meltdowns, and that in time he would learn. But at 7 yrs old he still struggled and Mark I and struggled to parent him. So I researched, I consulted my brother Richard (OneBody4Christ.com), and I researched more, and our journey began. We have changed our diets and lifestyle (now gluten free and organic) and our son is a happy, calm, loving and “normal” 7 yr old!! What a testimony of the healing that healthy whole foods can do for your body!

I have learned so much in such a short time and am excited to continue learning! There are a lot of “Organic” labels in the store but what is real? "Organic" and “grass-fed” beef at Whole Foods and other stores only require that the cows consume 30% grass.  Only 30%!  Beyond Organic beef will be 100% green fed!
